Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers in resolving issues and answering inquiries efficiently and accurately. Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism in all interactions. Document customer interactions and feedback effectively in our CRM system. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance client satisfaction.
