Description This position is responsible for maintaining and repairing needle boards used in the manufacturing process, under close supervision. Monday to Thursday, 6am - 4:30pm with potential overtime on Fridays. Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Determine which needles need to be replaced by checking repair records and visual inspection, as directed by Needle Board Tech III Remove broken/damaged needles. Clean and replace needles. Clean out used needle bin and discard used needles. Secondary Functions & Responsibilities: Assist in filling out replacement report for each completed board. Support Lean manufacturing, 5S, safe work practices and other Company initiatives. Follows all safety rules, including use of appropriate PPE at all times. Other responsibilities as directed. Competencies, Skills and Abilities Requires close attention for extended periods. Good communication skills to interact with production. Requirements Education & Experience High School or GED preferred but not required. Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
