Job Summary: Operate needle punch machine.
Tools and Equipment used: Needle Punch machine, buggies, sewing machine, accessories, and general office supplies

Essential Functions: Perform the following duties according to ISO 9001 work instructions and standards:

  • Sew cloth requiring needlepunch finish together. Be sure all identifying information matches.
  • Set up and operate a needlepunch machine following approved work instructions.
  • Maintain assigned equipment. Clean according to schedule.
  • Monitor fabric and equipment to ensure quality at every step of the needle punch process.
  • Keep appropriate records.
  • Work scheduled overtime.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Report problems and quality concerns to the Finishing Manager or Finishing Plant Supervisor.
