What is the NEET Training Program? The New Employee Excellence Training (NEET) Program is a full-time, paid training program designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals entering the financial risk and technology consulting field. This intensive, approximately yearlong training program is structured so that each participant receives comprehensive instruction in risk management and analytics, gains hands-on experience within project teams, and develops the ability to apply SAS and other open-source tools to solve complex, real-world business challenges. Upon successful completion of the NEET program, participants will become full-time employees of our client that will require relocation to Charlotte, NC. In this role you will: Develop proficiency in programming languages such as SAS, Python, SQL, etc. Obtain professional certifications in technology and risk management domains Understand Risk platform architecture and how to optimize risk analytic processes utilizing complex design patterns Learn core financial risk management concepts and regulatory frameworks Understand unit testing, debugging, and quality assurance concepts Apply best-practice coding standards and efficiency techniques Gain exposure to the software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies Work with senior consultants on client projects to assess your risk and technology knowledge as well as soft-skills Undergo technical communications training, with Subject Matter Expert (SME) and in-depth Case Study projects that assess knowledge learned Location and Travel Expectations: The NEET program is based full-time in our Cary, NC office Upon successful completion of the NEET program, participants will become full-time employees of our client that will require relocation to Charlotte, NC.
