About the Role We’re looking for educators, tutors, counsellors, and subject-matter experts who enjoy simplifying concepts and creating engaging content for Medical Students. If you love being on camera, know how to explain topics in a student-friendly way, and want to influence thousands of learners, this role is for you. What You’ll Do Create short, clear, and high-quality educational videos for students. Work with our content + product teams to develop scripts, formats, and student-centric learning material. Represent Leap on camera across video formats (shorts, reels, lessons, etc.). Provide academic guidance, insights, and feedback based on your expertise. Stay updated on student trends, exam patterns, and topic expectations. What We’re Looking For 0–3 years of experience as an NEET counsellor, or SME. Someone who is comfortable and confident on camera. Strong communication and storytelling skills. Passion for teaching and breaking down complex ideas. Ability to create content independently and collaborate with internal teams.
