Key Responsibilities: Contact customers to secure payment of arrears towards regularizing their accounts Provide customers with clear and accurate payment instruction/ account information Negotiate with financially distressed customers to establish optimal loan workout arrangements so as to minimize credit losses Recommend and execute appropriate legal actions to recover account outstanding when necessary Maintain and update all dunning records factually and timely into the collections system Follow up customer queries and escalate to Team Manager if required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in the relevant discipline At least 2 years of relevant experience Required competencies & skills: Good knowledge in collections management and legal workflow Strong negotiation skills Good knowledge in Unsecured Retail products and collections systems
