THIS POSITION OFFERS AN EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY FOR A SALES NEGOTIATOR SEEKING A FRESH CHALLENGE WHILE LEVERAGING THEIR EXISTING SKILLS IN A NEW DIRECTION AS A COMMERCIAL NEGOTIATOR. COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED TO SUPPORT THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE IN MAKING A SMOOTH TRANSITION.

Location: The role will cover West Midlands, Warwickshire & Leicestershire but is based in a central agency commercial hub in Coventry, Loveitts office.
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 DOE

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous property experience preferred

Responsibilities
  • Welcoming visitors to the office and handling incoming telephone enquiries in a professional manner.
  • Registering applicants, property owners, and available properties accurately.
  • Matching applicants with suitable properties based on their requirements.
  • Coordinating and scheduling property viewings, managing the viewing diary, and confirming appointments.
  • Following up with applicants and potential purchasers after viewings and providing feedback to clients.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, applicants, and prospective buyers within the office.
  • Negotiating sales and leasing deals and monitoring/progressing to completion – (with surveyor/agent support as required).
  • Conducting anti-money laundering checks, credit checks, and referencing procedures.
  • Carrying out general administrative tasks and providing support to the wider team as required.
