As the team manager you will have responsibility for managing and leading the team delivering anti-social behaviour services including hate incidents, domestic abuse, safeguarding, vetting, exclusion and risk assessment and risk management processes for tenants and housing applicants. You will lead the service development, ensuring appropriate and effective responses are deployed to tackle anti-social behaviour; working in partnership with other agencies to ensure proportionate interventions, support and enforcement actions are delivered to resolve anti-social behaviour. You will need to develop strong working relationships with a range of internal and external partner agencies.
This role offers some hybrid working, subject to business needs. Hybrid working is a voluntary, non-contractual arrangement, and your office will be your contractual place of work. You will be based within the Civic Centre which will provide you with a great opportunity to work with your team and colleagues across the Council.
