ABOUT US:

Jigsaw Homes Group is one of the largest housing groups in England with more than 37,500 homes across the North West and East Midlands.
We provide quality, low-cost housing and play a wider role in making sure our residents thrive in their homes and benefit from living in healthy, sustainable communities.

Responsibilities

As a Neighbourhood Safety Officer you’ll provide a service to our customers by working in partnership to help reduce anti-social behaviour within our communities, including taking legal action when necessary.
You will be customer focused with excellent communication skills. You’ll need an investigative and enquiring mind with the ability to organise and prioritise your own workload.
Ideally you will be from a housing management background where you have developed skills in dealing with anti-social behaviour issues in a calm and constructive way.
You will have experience of information and evidence gathering, analytical and interviewing skills, alongside an understanding of how people respond in stressful situations.
You’ll be responsible for managing caseloads, to make sure we can find effective resolutions in line with our processes, standards, timescales and targets.
