??What You’ll Be Doing:

• Day-to-day management of a team of Neighbourhood Services Officers.
• Direct management of tenancies and resolution of complex cases.
• Driving service improvements and promoting innovation.
• Supporting the Neighbourhood Services Manager in delivering strategic goals.
• Ensuring compliance with legislation, best practice, and company values.

??What We’re Looking For:

• A Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) – with a desire to continue learning.
• Experience in supervising staff and managing residential tenancies.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• A commitment to excellent customer service and continuous improvement.
• Ability to travel to various locations as required.
