Description At SST Mobility , we provide safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation for clients attending medical appointments, rehabilitation services, dialysis appointments, and community programs. We are currently hiring experienced: NEMT Drivers Wheelchair Transport Drivers Patient Transport Drivers Paratransit / Shuttle Drivers Healthcare experience such as CNA, EMT, or caregiving is also valued Drivers that live within 30 minutes of Nashville are ideal Why Drivers Choose SST Mobility: Guaranteed 35 hours/week Additional hours available Premium pay opportunities $18 per hour Base pay: $15 - $16.75 per hour $500 sign-on bonus Monthly safety bonus up to $200 PTO and Paid holidays Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Company-provided vehicles Paid training and FREE NEMT Certification No overnight or long-haul driving Routes planned ahead for consistency Professional dispatch and support team Schedule: Drivers must be available: Monday - Friday Between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Up to 40 hours per week Occasional weekend shifts may be available and are paid at the premium rates. Requirements Valid driver's license and clean driving record 1 year of prior experience in transportation services preferred Experience with scheduling passenger pickup and drop-offs Ability to lift, move, push, and/or pull equipment: ability to lift in excess of 40 to 70 pounds Ability to pass drug screen and background check per state and company standards Willingness to complete are required training and certification Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to prioritize safety while on the road Strong attention to detail Ability to remain calm under pressure Compassionate and caring personality

Responsibilities

Safely transport clients to medical appointments and community outings while assisting passengers with wheelchairs and mobility support. Maintain professional vehicle standards and communicate effectively with dispatch to follow scheduled routes.
