In collaboration with the Centre for Education and Learning’s Neonatal Education team, Newborn Service’s senior leadership team and clinical shift leaders, the Neonatal Clinical Support Nurse will provide clinical and mentoring support to early career nurses and midwives and new employees caring for neonates requiring intensive, high dependency or special care and their families.
