In conjunction with the Director, the Nurse Manager shares fiscal and operational responsibility, including staffing and daily unit operations. The Nurse Manager, in conjunction with the Director, is also responsible and accountable for family centered care, patient outcomes/quality initiatives, and patient satisfaction and serves as a leader and role model for nursing as well as Southeast Health.
