Are you an enthusiastic and innovative paediatric nurse who is passionate about leading a team of highly skilled staff within a high paced, Level 2 Neonatal Special Care and Transitional Care Unit?
An exciting opportunity has arisen to come and join our friendly, passionate and dedicated neonatal team at East Surrey Hospital. We are looking to recruit a Band 7 Senior Sister / Charge Nurse to lead on developing and improving the special care and transitional service, by creating and embedding our vision for a seamless journey through our services to discharge with a strong focus on Family Integrated Care. The post holder will develop our current nursing and care staff as well as providing a vital role in leading our BFI and developmental care strategy.
