We have been successfully trading for over 14 years, employing over 130 office staff and 2,200 engineers nationwide. We have built a bespoke CRM and various web applications to fuel our growth. Our digital infrastructure will enable us to become the UK’s largest energy installer in the coming years.
Our operations, customer service and sales teams are located in the prestigious Avalon building in Bournemouth, opposite the train and bus station.

NEP RECRUITER REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • At least 2 years recruitment experience;
  • Proven track record of achieving workforce targets and objectives;
  • Experience using multiple job boards and social media to source new candidates;
  • Devising and implementing new recruitment strategies;
  • A background within the energy sector would be advantageous, but not essential.

Responsibilities
  • Be the driving force to grow our nationwide workforce across all product types (gas, air-conditioning and PV solar);
  • Work smartly to find and build long term relationships with exceptional professionals;
  • Source quality candidates by all means necessary such as digital advertising, social media, networking and referrals;
  • CV screening, onboarding and selecting exceptional candidates;
  • Effectively manage and identify areas in need of further expansion of workforce, whilst passionately promoting our company brand;
  • Achieve recruitment targets in line with company growth;
  • Support subcontractors where required with invoicing and system queries.
