Responsibilities:
As a Telesales Representative at ELHAMANI MIGRATION, you will play a pivotal role in our sales team by engaging with potential clients and promoting our Consultancy services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate contact with prospective clients through outbound sales calls, effectively presenting our Consultancy services offerings and understanding their specific requirements.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads by asking insightful questions and providing comprehensive information about our Consultancy services.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for our experienced Consultancy services agents to further assist clients , ensuring seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture positive relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, updating our CRM system to track progress and opportunities, and ensuring timely follow-ups to maximize sales conversions.
