We are seeking a skilled Nephrologist to provide exceptional care to patients with kidney-related disorders. The successful candidate will diagnose, treat, and manage chronic kidney diseases, provide dialysis care, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient management. As a Nephrologist at Talentspoc, you will be an integral part of our efforts to improve patient outcomes through evidence-based practices, patient education, and support. Responsibilities Perform patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations of kidney diseases. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for renal patients. Manage dialysis and renal replacement therapy programs. Provide education to patients and their families on disease management and lifestyle adaptation. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Participate in research and quality improvement activities within nephrology. Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with medical standards. MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Completion of residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship training in Nephrology. Board certification or eligibility in Nephrology. Active medical licensure for the practicing state. Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in nephrology preferred. Proficient clinical skills in diagnosing and managing kidney diseases. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Commitment to continuous professional development. Experience with EHR systems.
