Responsibilities
  • Assist in reception duties and answering incoming communications via phone, fax, email and post.
  • Complete patient registration, data entry, maintenance of medical records and other database management.
  • Assist in scheduling outpatient bookings, confirmations and incoming referrals.
  • Complete administrative tasks across the department to ensure smooth delivery of services.
