Location: Based at E3 Shift: Monday - Friday 08:30-17:00 Key Responsibilities: Using your expertise in Google Sheets and Docs, you will: Identify and rectify overpayments using employee schedules, timecards, and absences. Align shifts with pay by detecting errors between working hours and schedule reports. Process shift change requests to maintain an up-to-date staffing profile. Approve and reject holiday requests based on set allocation percentages and maintain holiday reports. Complete timecard compliance reports to ensure management sign-offs. Update the Site Staff Master for accurate headcounts, including new starters and leavers. Manage key compliance reports such as PWW Reports and Working Time Directive reports. Oversee outstanding and overbooked holiday balances. Send bonus emails across all sites. Approve team member timecards and conduct overtime incentive checks. Provide regular site-based email updates to employees. Conduct health and safety learning conversation checks and RIDDOR compliance monitoring. Maintain non-production logs for new starter inductions and training. You will also be responsible for face-to-face interactions, phone, email, and Yapster communications What We’re Looking For: Extensive knowledge of QC terms and conditions. Proficiency in Google Sheets and Docs. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
