We are seeking a .NET/C#/Java, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Mid-Level Developer to join the DMV Traffic Records Systems (TRS) team for the Project. The selected candidate will be a key contributor to modernizing and converting TRS applications from Java to .NET while developing and maintaining web applications, databases, and web services. This role requires Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) expertise for content management and front-end design. The candidate will work closely with business owners, technical teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, user stories, and software release schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using .NET Core, C#, Java, ASP.NET, and AEM.
• Lead the conversion of existing Java-based applications to .NET while ensuring functional integrity.
• Utilize Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Designer for content and UI/UX development.
• Design, develop, and implement SOAP and REST web services for system integration.
• Work with SQL Server and Oracle for database development and performance optimization.
• Develop and maintain user interfaces using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript.
• Collaborate with business owners and technical teams to gather and translate requirements into actionable solutions.
• Perform application analysis, cost estimation, staffing projections, testing, documentation, and implementation.
• Support testing and training efforts to ensure successful deployment of new applications.
• Utilize GIT and Azure DevOps for source control, CI/CD pipelines, and project management.

BASIC QUALIFICATION:

• 3+ years of documented experience developing applications using .NET, C#, Java, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• 3+ years of experience using GIT and Azure DevOps for version control and deployment.
• 3+ years of experience developing applications with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle).
• 3+ years of experience working with SOAP and REST web services.
• 3+ years of experience developing user interfaces with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript.
• Strong expertise in application analysis, cost estimation, testing, and implementation.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience with ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Core.
• Proficiency with Object-Relational Mappers (ORMs) such as Dapper and Entity Framework.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as nUnit and MSTest.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation and stakeholder collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting.
