JOB DESCRIPTION:

The North Carolina Department of Information Technology
(NCDIT) – Transportation Division is seeking a Mid-Level .NET/C#/Java
Developer with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) expertise for a 12-month
contract. This role is part of the DMV Traffic Records Systems (TRS)
team supporting the NCCRIS Project. The position involves converting
Java applications to .NET and developing new web-based enterprise solutions.
The ideal candidate will work closely with business and
technical teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, develop code, and
support testing and deployment activities. A strong background in enterprise
software development and hands-on experience in .NET, AEM, and web services is
essential.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related

technical discipline

• Minimum 3 years of experience in:
• .NET/C#/Java development
• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• SQL Server or Oracle databases
• Web services: SOAP and REST
• UI technologies: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript
• GIT and Azure DevOps
• Application analysis, estimation, testing, and documentation

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience with ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Core
• Proficiency in Entity Framework or Dapper
• Experience with testing frameworks like nUnit or MSTest
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
