Responsibilities

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and maintain highly scalable and performant web applications using NET, C#, XAML .NET MAUI and WPF, WCF.
Comfortable in handling Backend Development and Units Tests.
Design and implementation of software solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements and that are aligned to the programs strategic direction
Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins to automate testing and deployment of applications.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (product owners, architects, tech leads, fellow engineers, data modelers, and stakeholders) to deliver high-quality software.
Fully engage in product quality plan efforts, including test case development, design reviews, code reviews and test automating.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on web development frameworks, and best practices.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

Overall 10+ years of software development experience.
Strong experience with .NET, C#, XAML, .NET MAUI, Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF), and Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)
Experience with Visual Studio Visual Code, Fiddler and Postman for end-to-end lifecycle
Experience leveraging test frameworks such as NUnit or other testing frameworks.
Knowledge of Design Patterns, MVVM, Dependency injection, Publish-subscribe
Handson experiences integrating REST API.
Experience working with SQL/PLSQL.
Knowledge of CI and CD, Jenkins and Git.
Passionate about engineering excellence and a knack for writing clean, testable, readable, and easily maintainable code.
Committed to collaboration and open communication in your work
Finance domain Trading experience is a plus.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $76,300- $146,800.
