Web application development experience with at least 5 years of experience with enterprise-scale web and/or mobile app.
–>Must have experience working with Illinois workNet or IWDS2.0 platform. Experience with WIOA workforce development reporting systems is preferred.
–>Developer staff must have in-depth experience developing custom asp.net applications and use the most current ——– technologies: Programming Languages: C#.NET HTML/CSS Javascript, including jQuery, Angular, Java SQL Server 2008 to present stored procedures and views;
Development Technologies: Visual Studio 2019 or newer, Entity Frameworks 6+, SQL Server 2012 Windows Server 2008 ASP.NET 4+ MVC 4+ WebAPI 1.1+ JSON Thinktecture Identity Server Various text editors (Notepad++, UltraEdit32, etc.)
–>All staff must have experience with Productivity and Collaboration tools, such as Azure DevOps, Google Docs, Balsamic, Miro, or equivalent.
–>Staff must have familiarity with desktop web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) Mobile web browsers (iOS and Android) web browser developer consoles ElasticSearch SharePoint Designer, SharePoint 2013 Eclipse Registry Achievement Standards Network LRMI CEDS.
–>Staff must have familiarity with Testing Technologies: ASP.Net Unit Test Projects Debugging deployment and Remote Desktop Content Management/Infrastructure: SharePoint 2013
–>Staff must have experience with data migration processes and experience with short and long-range planning for software development cycle including planning, writing technical documentation, implementing, enhancing and maintaining web and mobile applications.
MANDATORY: Develop/maintain apps, case management, and reporting tools in a secure environment for the Illinois workNet platform including but not limited to: * The Illinois workNet Portal and Apps * Illinois Workforce Development System 2.0 * Customer Support Center: Case Management, Referral & Reporting Tools * Illinois Employment Business System * Incumbent Worker Tracking System * Illinois Performance Accountability & Transparency System * Local Area Workforce Contact System.
