Responsibilities:
A ROLE YOU WILL LOVE
As a .NET Developer, you will develop high quality, secure, stable and reliable software in close collaboration with other members in an Agile development team. In addition, you will be expected to contribute to the developer community, promote innovation and share knowledge of industry best practices.
OTHER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Writing high quality, clean code which adheres to internal architectural, quality and security standards
- Soliciting feedback to clarify and understand requirements
- Troubleshooting and solving problems
- Alongside your team members: Adopting and maintaining a suitable branching, releasing and versioning strategy to optimize the team’s ability to respond to change and frequently delivering high quality, working software
- Working closely with infrastructure, DBA and supporting teams to aid smooth transition to Production Support and eliminating deployment issues
- Applying best practice and contributing to the development of enhanced and innovative working
- Working closely with software architects to exchange ideas, propose solutions to new problems and improve solutions of old problemsKnowledge sharing with your team and wider community
