About the role

As a system developer with us, you will work with the development, management and integration of modern system solutions based on the .NET platform. You will be a key person in teams that deliver to authorities, municipalities and other public actors. The projects are often extensive and complex, with high demands on security, availability and user-friendliness.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Approximately 4-8 years of experience in .NET development (C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET) in complex environments within the public sector
• Solid experience with SQL Server – including administration and performance optimization
• Experience with system integrations and API development (REST, CRUD) as well as message queues such as ActiveMQ Artemis and RabbitMQ
• Experience with DevOps work in Azure DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, release flows, PowerShell scripts, YAML, version control in Git/TFS, and working in Visual Studio
• Experience in deploying and configuring Microsoft IIS servers
• Good understanding of secure software development (Secure by Design) and identity management via AD/Federation, WS-Federation and OAuth2
• Experience with container and cloud-based solutions (Docker, OpenShift/Kubernetes and Azure)
• Experience in front-end development with Blazor, React or Angular
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English as well as a structured and solution-oriented working method
