.NET Developer We are looking for a .NET Developer to join our Insurance Business Unit at Pointwest. In this role, you will provide maintenance, production support, and continuous improvements for enterprise-scale applications. You will handle incident resolution, testing, deployment support, and contribute to DevOps practices. This is a client-specific role requiring adaptability, collaboration, and technical expertise. Key Responsibilities Provide maintenance and production support, ensuring reliable and stable systems. Perform incident resolution and support end-to-end testing activities. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvements. Support deployments and DevOps migration for more efficient operations. Continuously develop skills and share knowledge with peers. Key Metrics Timely resolution of incidents and support tickets (SLA compliance). Quality of deliverables (low defect rates, successful test outcomes). Active contribution to Agile practices and process improvements. Continuous skill development and participation in knowledge-sharing.
