Responsibilities About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic developer to join our team. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has a solid foundation in software development, and is excited about leveraging AI-native tools to accelerate their growth. Key Requirements 3–4 years of professional experience or equivalent (internships, academic projects) Foundational knowledge of C# / .NET development Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and version control (Git) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Eagerness to learn and adopt AI-native tools and workflows (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) Exposure to or interest in AI-assisted coding and prompt engineering Familiarity with agile methodologies and CI/CD concepts Familiarity working with database such as SQL Server. Qualifications Qualifications & Education Essential A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related STEM discipline Strong academic grounding in core CS fundamentals — data structures, algorithms, software design, and systems programming Demonstrable programming ability in at least one language (e.g. Python, Java, C#, or similar) Nice to Have Awareness of MCP (Model Context Protocol) server architecture or similar AI integration patterns Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Experience with messaging middleware or connectivity technologies What We Value Curiosity-driven mindset – actively explores new AI tools and loves to experiment Strong communication and collaboration skills Willingness to learn quickly and take on new challenges Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
