About the role Our practice is seeking a highly qualified .Net Full Stack Technical Lead with experience in developing and building impactful, scalable, enterprise applications. You will work side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office. Work Authorization: **Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future** Key Responsibilities: Strong critical thinking and excellent communication skills Experience working in Agile methodology environment Experience in conducting code reviews At least 10+ years of experience with the following technologies - .Net Framework,Angular JS,Azure,C#,JavaScript,SQL,SQL Server Highly motivated to learn new technologies Highly experienced in troubleshooting issues, recommend interim and long-term solutions Knowledge of integration and performance testing applications Experience with Production Support Required Qualifications: Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Must have worked on Dot.Net Framework, Angular JS,Azure, C#, JavaScript, SQL Server Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that arise during development. Oversees the architecture and design of .NET applications, ensuring they are scalable and maintainable. Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until January 6, 2026. The annual salary for this position is between $81,337 – $141,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
