NET MANUFACTURE & REPAIR TECHNICIAN

Future Nets is a net manufacturing and mending company, dedicated to delivering high-quality, custom-built nets, since 1989. Future Nets is located in Pennfield, NB, E5H 1W7. Future Nets is currently seeking full time Net Manufacture & Repair Workers to support their Net Loft Department.

• The ability to work well in a team-based environment as well as the ability to work alone when necessary.
• Experience working with nets, industrial sewing machines and splicing rope would be an asset.
• Good hand and eye coordination is required to perform duties
• Inspecting aquaculture nets for damage and mending and repairing nets to Customer’s required standards.
• Some physical work is required when handling nets.
• Position requires employees to work at a steady pace to accomplish production goals.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
• Reliability is extremely important to ensure production goals are met and to avoid extra burden on other team members.
