Job Title: .Net + Multithreading Developer Talent Worx is looking for a skilled .Net Developer with expertise in multithreading to architect and develop high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of .NET technologies, along with extensive experience in implementing multithreading and concurrency solutions to optimize application performance. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications with a focus on multithreading and parallel processing. Implement asynchronous programming and multithreading mechanisms to ensure efficient resource utilization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and build robust software solutions. Troubleshoot and debug multithreading issues to improve application performance. Participate in code reviews to promote best practices and consistency in code quality. Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in .NET and multithreading technologies. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, .NET Core). Strong understanding of multithreading concepts and techniques in .NET. Experience with asynchronous programming using async/await patterns. Familiarity with design patterns pertinent to multithreading and concurrent programming. Proficient in database technologies such as SQL Server and familiar with ORM frameworks like Entity Framework. Experience with version control systems, preferably Git. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud-based solutions and services (e.g., Azure, AWS). Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization technologies. Exposure to performance tuning and profiling tools for .NET applications. Work with one of the BFSI Client
