Net Revenue Management & Go-To-Market Lead
About the role
This important role in our commercial organization offers a unique opportunity to grow as Net Revenue Manager in Poland- part of Commercial Excellence team. The primary objective of this role is to unlock incremental sales and profit while winning in the market with our brands and exemplifying our leadership behaviours. Furthermore, you will be at the forefront of driving efficiency, sophistication, and quality in our Go-to-Market strategy.

There are 3 key functions of the role:

  • Be the centre of excellence setting NRM execution roadmap/priorities, improving systems and processes, and developing NRM capabilities
  • Deliver NRM accountability and results across 5 pillars: pricing, Price Pack Architecture, mix, promotions and trade investment
  • Understand, evaluate, and help modernize our go-to-market model by critically evaluating current set up, structure and KPIs

Role Responsibilities
Delivering Poland Net Sales & Profit targets across all 5 pillars:

  1. Brand portfolio pricing
  • Agree pricing with wider Commercial team, considering the competitive environment and margin perspective.
  • Monitor and influence Haleon Price Volume Mix dynamics to ensure positive Net Sales and Market Share contribution.
  • Adhere to Global Pricing guidelines and assist in optimizing price positioning in line with brand strategy.
  1. Pack Price Architecture
  • Lead price pack architecture strategy development for key brands and channels in alignment with brand strategy and global price maps.
  • Convert brand price positioning into channel and customer price strategy.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team on price recommendations for new product launches.
  1. Promotional effectiveness
  • Lead the enhancement of promotion management by conducting diagnostics and establishing a promotional framework for key Haleon brands.
  • Assist in creating a governance rhythm to demonstrate ongoing improvement in promotion ROI and compliance with Price Pack Architecture.
  • Develop, implement and lead a robust process of promotion evaluation to optimize efficiency.
  1. Active mix management
  • Make strategic calls in boosting profitable SKUs as reflected in PPA
  • Understand and diagnose long term customer channel mix impacts.
  • Support SKU rationalization process in collaboration with Supply Team
  1. Trade Investment management
  • Segment customers in order to plan trade investments properly
  • Lead diagnostics and optimization of Trade Spend for productivity increase.
  • Transform customer contract structures to improve delivery of strategic initiatives.

Taking on Go-to-Market responsibility involves a comprehensive approach to a revenue-optimized sales strategy.

  1. Route to Market (Distribution Channels)
  • Map & understand existing go-to-market model in Pharmacy & Mass Market channels to idenfity key opportunities, prioritize initiatives, define success criteria & KPIs.
  • Help modernize existing RTMs to ensure profitable business growth via optimized cost to serve
  • Support Sales Director and key senior stakeholders, close cooperation with Sales Force Effectiveness Manager
  1. Sales Strategy (Channel/Customer)
  • Help identify growth opportunities & investment priorities, to deliver key financial & market objectives
  • Reflect key recommendations into Channel Development Matrix and Customer Growth Framework, looking for mix improvements
  • Help increase Trade spend productivity through revision and reframing of commercial contracts
  • Assist Sales in successful Commercial Planning process with tools & frameworks

Why you?

Essential Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience in Net Revenue Management or Business Finance
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • University Degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficient in English
  • Deep analytical thinking
  • Ability to synthesize large customer and brand data sets to drive business decisions.
  • Ability to work in cross functional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage high levels of complexity in a changing environment.
  • Takes accountability for delivering results, growth mindset
  • Is bold in moving things forward at pace
  • Resilience, problem solving and decision making.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in FMCG or Pharma industry
