Job Description NICE is currently seeking a technical, hands-on, customer-focused Software Engineer for the Advanced Services team. Advanced Services is a multi-skilled global team responsible for value added services and product customization. Advanced Services works on customized solutions on NICE products for global customers. Responsibilities: Design and develop quality, proficient and enterprise grade technical solutions that satisfy business requirements Work as part of the development team towards the application in an aggressive deadline Develop solid unit and integration tests according to organizational standards Contribute to and drive technological and architectural decisions Participate in reviewing design and code for other team members Fix bugs and care about enterprise grade quality Function as a subject matter expert in multiple product components Pro-actively contribute to process improvement activities Assist peer organizations with activities such as performance, scalability and reliability testing Qualifications Essential 2-4 years of experience as software engineer Strong experience of development on Windows ecosystem, use of Visual Studio, C#, ASP .NET Language, MVC, WebAPI. Knowledge of implementing service to service communication using WCF, Sockets, use of networking protocols Good communication skills, both written and spoken, very good English *Hands on development required Desirable Telephony Experience Experience working on AWS/ Cloud Computing / Azure development and integration Familiarity with Virtualization technology, VMWare, etc. Experience with protocol analysis and Wireshark tracing Experience with VoIP, digital audio / RSTP, video transcoding, Additional Information Advanced Services works on customized solutions on NICE products for global customers.
