BlackStone eIT is seeking a dedicated and experienced .NET Team Lead to join our dynamic and innovative development team. As a .NET Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a group of developers, guiding them in executing best practices, and ensuring the delivery of robust software solutions. This role requires a combination of technical expertise in .NET technologies and strong leadership skills to foster collaboration and drive project success. Primary Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers to deliver high-quality software on time and within budget. Design and implement architecture solutions for software applications across the .NET framework. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and establish development timelines. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Facilitate team meetings and encourage open communication to address challenges and foster a positive team environment. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in technology to continually enhance team capabilities and productivity. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in .NET development with a strong focus on C# and ASP.NET. Proven experience in a leadership role or as a team lead. Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, particularly Agile and Scrum. Proficiency with database technologies, especially SQL Server. Experience with RESTful services and modern web development frameworks. Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with version control systems (such as Git) and CI/CD practices. Familiarity with cloud technologies, particularly Azure or AWS, is a plus.
