Then this position is for you. As Technical Designer, you will be responsible for designing, coaching, and supporting the implementation of applications in a large modernization program: Build side: Capture existing application capabilities and redesign them for the target environment. Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to propose suitable designs. Design and develop specific features of the system. Execute code reviews to guarantee technical and design quality. Support the offshore design and development team, co-creating or reviewing design deliverables. Run side: Coach the offshore development team to understand business context and design choices. Support implementation, including peer programming, explaining design patterns, and troubleshooting. Participate in system and user acceptance testing. Ensure alignment with architecture principles (Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design, Event-Driven Design). Promote quality and maintainable code practices across the team. This is your background You have at least 5 years of experience in application design and development. You enjoy analyzing business requirements, modernizing legacy applications, and mentoring teams.
