SUMMARY:
Memorial Healthcare System is looking for a Web Developer with strong skills in .NET, C#, SQL Server, and PowerShell to support and extend internal tools and automation. The role includes full-stack development and scripting for business workflows. Some projects will involve building front-ends that interact with AI language models (LLMs), so a basic understanding of AI integration is preferred.
This position is responsible for assisting in designing, developing, programming, and configuring organization-specific end user software, including desktop, web, database, web services, and mobile applications, supporting the development of business requirements and user needs across all aspects of the software development life-cycle from scope and definition to technical solution and post-implementation maintenance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists in the coding, testing, and maintaining of the applications, with guidance from more senior developers.Tests and troubleshoots new and existing software to ensure that the quality and functionality are reliable, accessible, and meet the business, function, and technical requirements and user needs.Supports software testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution activities by correcting programming errors, responding to scope changes, and coding software enhancements.Routinely analyzes software performance metrics against industry trends and developments to determine areas for improvement.Prepares and maintains technical documentation to assist with the development, maintenance, and upgrades of software.24/7 availability and on-call program participation if necessary.Evaluates business, functional, and technical requirements and specifications as well as user needs for organization-specific software.Translates basic design specifications and user needs into the required software scope and objectives.
