  • Identify, co-ordinate and represent Thermly at relevant events.
  • Provide intelligence and insights to the wider Thermly team about local opportunities and the most efficient/effective approaches to yield results
  • With support of our Partnerships Lead, develop and sustain positive working relationships with our supply chain in the area, identifying opportunities for better working practices and approaches in delivering work ’on the ground’
  • Undertake any necessary research (alongside our Research and Policy Lead) and utilise on-the-ground experience to better understand the audience
  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of retrofit, as well as Thermly’s products and services, to provide tailored advice and support within community settings.
  • Identify and co-ordinate local marketing and engagement opportunities (both digital and traditional/print) and collaborate with the marketing and design team to request, create, tailor, and deliver relevant content. It will be heavily influenced by the needs of the community, which you will identify.
  • We take a data- and evidence-led approach to ensure continuous improvement. You will therefore be expected to be able to interpret a range of data and evolve plans and approaches as required
  • It is anticipated that you will be getting out into the community (visiting installers, events, and undertaking wider engagement activities) as regularly as needed to meet the objectives of the role.

TO BE CLEAR YOU WILL NOT BE REQUIRED TO VISIT INDIVIDUAL HOUSEHOLDERS IN THEIR HOMES AS PART OF THIS ROLE.

Other details/responsibilities

  • Whilst the role is primarily based on remote working, your formal/contracted place of work is Manchester and you will be required to attend the monthly team meeting in person in Manchester each month.
