Responsibilities

• Deliver fun, engaging, and structured netball training sessions for children and young adults (ages 6–18).
• Develop players’ technical skills, fitness, and tactical understanding of the game.
• Create training plans aligned with the academy’s philosophy and progression pathways.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment for all players.
• Support school/academy competitions, tournaments, and events.
• Communicate effectively with parents, students, and academy management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Netball Coach (academy or school-level preferred).
• Recognized coaching qualification/certification (minimum Level 1 or equivalent).
• Strong communication and motivational skills with children and youth.
• Ability to manage groups effectively while maintaining discipline and respect.
• Passion for sports development and growing netball in the UAE.

Desirable

• Experience in coaching competitive teams.
• First Aid & Safeguarding certification.
• Multi-sport coaching experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
