Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L2/L3 technical support for Netskope Security Cloud products, including Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Cloud Firewall, CASB, and Private Access.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve customer issues related to policy configuration, traffic routing, authentication, and integration.
  • Assist in the deployment, configuration, and optimization of Netskope solutions in customer environments.
  • Collaborate with product engineering teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback for product improvements.
  • Perform packet captures, log analysis, and use diagnostic tools to identify and fix security and connectivity issues.
  • Support integration of Netskope with SSO, directory services (AD, Azure AD), and SIEM platforms.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
  • Stay up to date with new Netskope features, patches, and best practices.
  • Assist in change management and scheduled maintenance activities.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and training to internal teams or customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in technical support or engineering, preferably in network security or cloud security.
  • Hands-on experience with Netskope security solutions (deployment, policy creation, troubleshooting).
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL inspection, and proxy technologies.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks and protocols (IPSec, GRE, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
  • Experience with integrating Netskope into enterprise network and security architectures.
  • Knowledge of identity management, MFA, and zero trust concepts.
  • Proficiency in using packet capture tools (Wireshark, tcpdump) and log analysis tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Netskope Certified Cloud Security Administrator (NCCSA) or related Netskope certification.
  • Experience with other security technologies (Palo Alto Networks, Zscaler, Cisco Umbrella, Fortinet).
  • Knowledge of scripting for automation (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
