We’re looking for a NetSuite Architect to join our high-achieving international team! In this role, you’ll define architectural best practices, lead key technical discussions, and help clients build future-proof solutions. We are a team of over 70 skilled NetSuite professionals spread across the globe, united by a common goal: to help businesses grow without borders. As the leading NetSuite partner in Europe, our trophy cabinet boasts tributes like the NetSuite 5-Star Partner and EMEA Partner of the Year. Our success is rooted in our commitment to understanding our clients’ unique needs and crafting innovative solutions that fuel their growth.
As a NetSuite Architect, you will be responsible for designing and structuring complex NetSuite solutions that align with our clients’ strategic goals. In this role, you will lead functional and technical discussions, advise clients, and challenge existing ideas to ensure the best possible solutions are implemented. You will be a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate complex decisions, propose improvements, and defend optimal solutions based on best practices and industry standards.
This role involves developing architectural frameworks, guiding technology choices, and overseeing integrations with third-party vendors and solutions. You will lead project teams while ensuring that the solutions delivered align with business needs and long-term objectives.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide strategic guidance on technology choices, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Conduct architectural assessments and recommend improvements for existing solutions.
  • Lead multifaceted ERP implementation projects with complex integration and customization requirements to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

At Staria, we work with a flexible hybrid model that allows you to decide where you’re most comfortable working, either from your home office or one of our Staria offices. For this position, we are hiring across different locations and looking for new colleagues in Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Czech Republic, Norway, or the UK.
