This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 5 years Location: Bangalore JobType: full-time This is a founding team role within a newly established ERP & warehouse technology hub in Bangalore for a leading digital commerce and Super App organization. The NetSuite Engineer will play a key role in customizing and optimizing NetSuite WMS to support high-volume, multi-location warehouse operations, while contributing to broader ERP initiatives spanning multiple business verticals such as e-commerce, quick commerce, pharmacy, beauty, and healthcare. This is a high-impact, high-visibility position offering the opportunity to influence architecture decisions, scale complex systems, and mentor junior developers. Key Responsibilities: Customize and extend NetSuite WMS workflows to support multi-location and large-scale warehouse operations. Develop and maintain SuiteScript 1.0/2.x scripts (Client, User Event, Scheduled, Map/Reduce). Build Suitelets, RESTlets, workflows, saved searches, and warehouse KPI dashboards. Integrate NetSuite with 3PLs, shipping APIs, TMS, and RF scanning tools. Troubleshoot fulfillment and inventory-related issues, ensuring operational stability and scalability. Lead technical decision-making for WMS architecture and best practices. Mentor junior NetSuite developers and administrators. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in product, engineering, and warehouse operations. Support ERP expansion projects across new service lines such as Quick Commerce, Health, and Beauty. Required Skills & Experience: 6+ years of hands-on NetSuite development experience with strong SuiteScript 1.0/2.x expertise. Proven experience implementing or customizing NetSuite WMS in production environments. Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and order lifecycle processes. Proficiency in SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, RESTlets, JavaScript, and saved searches. Experience integrating NetSuite with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs or middleware (e.g., Celigo, Boomi). Strong ability to translate business and operational requirements into scalable ERP solutions. Preferred Qualifications: NetSuite certifications (SuiteCloud Developer II or ERP Consultant). Hands-on experience with RF/barcode scanning tools such as RF-SMART or NextService. Background in e-commerce, omnichannel retail, or multi-warehouse operations. Familiarity with Git/version control, Agile delivery practices, and ERP change management.
