Title: NetSuite Functional Consultant

Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Description:
Lead end-to-end NetSuite R2R implementations: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Serve as the primary advisor on R2R process optimization, leveraging NetSuite functionality for general ledger, journal entries, period close, consolidations, and financial reporting.
Configure and maintain NetSuite modules including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Multi-Book Accounting, and Financial Reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into NetSuite solutions.
Document process flows, functional specifications, and training materials for R2R processes.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution while ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Train end users and internal teams on NetSuite R2R best practices
Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience with a focus on Record to Report (R2R).
Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS, financial close cycles, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in configuring NetSuite for General Ledger, Journal Entries, Period Close, and Reporting.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in fast-paced environments.
Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, or SuiteAnalytics is a plus.
NetSuite certification(s) preferred.
Preferred Experience:
Working with multi-entity, multi-currency setups, and intercompany eliminations.
Familiarity with NetSuite integrations and data migrations.
Participation in finance transformation or ERP optimization initiatives
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $75.00 - $80.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
