QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of Accounting/Finance experience, ideally at the Accounting Manager to Controller level
• Proven experience leading or playing a key role in NetSuite ERP implementations
• Strong knowledge of SuiteBilling and revenue recognition within NetSuite
• Deep understanding of core accounting processes and financial controls
• Advanced NetSuite user proficiency (technical skills not required – technical team in place)
• Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset is essential

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and support post-go-live NetSuite implementation tasks
• Assist with day-to-day transaction processing and validation in NetSuite
• Support accurate and timely month-end and quarter-end close processes
• Ensure financial postings to the general ledger are accurate and complete
• Build and enhance saved searches, custom reports, and dashboards
• Provide hands-on guidance and training to accounting staff
• Optimize system usage, including SuiteBilling and Suite Projects Pro modules
• Test NetSuite modules and validate close processes for effectiveness
• Enter and validate vendor invoices within the system
• Identify and resolve issues using strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ensure adherence to accounting best practices and compliance standards
