ProNexus is seeking a NetSuite Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a non-profit client in the post-Go Live optimization phase of their Oracle NetSuite ERP implementation. The engagement focuses on reviewing current configuration, validating data integrity, optimizing system use, supporting reporting needs, and providing training to the internal finance and accounting team. MUST BE AVAILABLE ASAP.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in NetSuite implementations, specifically post-Go Live support, and a strong understanding of financial operations within a nonprofit or grant-driven environment. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate system setup, data migration, reporting alignment, and team enablement.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle NetSuite, specifically in post-Go Live support, optimization, and data integrity validation.
• Experience working with NetSuite Social Impact/NFP versions is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of nonprofit finance and grant accounting is a plus.
• Expertise in financial reporting, including configuration of dashboards, statements, and ad hoc reports in NetSuite.
• Demonstrated success working with data migration, validation, and reconciliation between legacy systems and NetSuite.
• Ability to assess and improve ERP processes and internal controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and data analysis.
• Strong communication skills and experience training end users and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Conduct a post-Go Live NetSuite system review to validate setup, configuration, and data migration from the legacy system.
• Assist in transitioning from NetSuite Professional Services to Oracle Advanced Customer Support (ACS), including evaluation and completion of any outstanding implementation checklist items.
• Perform historical data migration, including importing prior year ending balances and validating roll-forwards for financial reporting accuracy.
• Compare NetSuite outputs (P&Ls, trial balances) to legacy system reports to confirm data integrity.
• Support setup and validation of financial reports, including grant-level and cost center-level reporting.
• Evaluate current use of NetSuite segmentation (e.g., classes, locations, grants) and recommend restructuring if needed.
• Provide recommendations and hands-on assistance with restructuring or creating new finance & accounting processes and procedures aligned with NetSuite capabilities.
• Train internal staff (both finance and technical teams) on NetSuite functionality, reporting, data entry, and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with the Interim CFO and other stakeholders to prioritize needs, provide visibility into status, and offer strategic guidance.
