Description
The NetSuite Supply Chain Integration Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting system integrations between NetSuite and key supply chain applications, partners, and operational systems. This role ensures seamless data flow across procurement, production, inventory, logistics, and vendor systems to support real‑time visibility, operational accuracy, and scalable business processes. The specialist serves as a technical and functional liaison between IT, Supply Chain, Finance, and external integration partners. Job Responsibilities Include: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES NETSUITE INTEGRATION DESIGN & SUPPORT * Design, configure, and maintain integrations between NetSuite and supply chain systems (WMS, TMS, MES, procurement platforms, vendor portals, etc.). * Troubleshoot integration failures, data discrepancies, and system errors to ensure continuity of operations. * Maintain integration documentation, mapping specifications, and technical standards. SUPPLY CHAIN SYSTEMS ALIGNMENT * Partner with Supply Chain leadership to understand operational workflows and translate them into system requirements. * Optimize NetSuite modules related to procurement, inventory, production, demand planning, and fulfillment. * Ensure integrations support accurate inventory visibility, production scheduling, and order management. * Support cross‑functional projects involving supply chain automation and digital transformation. DATA GOVERNANCE & PROCESS ACCURACY * Ensure data integrity across all integrated systems, including item masters, BOMs, routings, vendor data, and inventory transactions. * Monitor data flows and proactively identify gaps, errors, or process breakdowns. * Develop validation rules, exception reporting, and audit controls to maintain system accuracy. CROSS‑FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION * Serve as the primary liaison between IT, Supply Chain, Finance, and external integration partners. * Support end users by troubleshooting issues, providing training, and improving system adoption. * Participate in project planning, UAT testing, and go‑live support for new integrations or enhancements. CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT * Identify opportunities to streamline supply chain processes through automation and system optimization. * Recommend enhancements to NetSuite configurations, workflows, and integrations. * Stay current on NetSuite releases, integration best practices, and emerging supply chain technologies. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Systems, or related field. * 3+ years of experience working with NetSuite, including SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, RESTlets, or integration tools. * Experience integrating ERP systems with supply chain applications (WMS, TMS, MES, EDI, or procurement platforms). * Strong understanding of supply chain processes: purchasing, production, inventory, logistics, and fulfillment. * Ability to analyze complex data flows and troubleshoot integration issues. * Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical users. * Experience with middleware platforms (Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.). * NetSuite certifications (Administrator, SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant). * Experience in manufacturing, food & beverage, or multi‑site operations. * Knowledge of SQL, JSON, XML, and API frameworks.
