Description
NetSuite Finance Trainee: We are seeking a motivated Finance Trainee / Junior Finance Resource with a strong background in accounting and finance to support NetSuite ERP implementation and financial operations. The candidate will primarily work on finance-related processes within NetSuite while collaborating with functional and technical teams to improve financial controls, reporting, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Support finance and accounting operations within NetSuite ERP Assist in configuring and validating finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting) Gather, analyze, and document financial and accounting requirements Support system testing, reconciliations, user training, and post-go-live finance activities Coordinate with finance and IT teams to streamline accounting workflows and controls Assist in month-end, year-end, and reporting-related activities within NetSuite Qualifications: ACCA, CA Inter, or equivalent finance/accounting qualification Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and controls Interest in ERP systems with a finance-first mindset (NetSuite exposure is a plus) Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills Willingness to grow into a techno-functional finance role
