Unser Focus liegt auf der nachhaltigen Besetzung und Entwicklung von Positionen im Pharma-Außendienst innerhalb stabiler Kundenstrukturen. Im Auftrag unseres Kunden suchen wir engagierte Außendienstmitarbeitende für langfristige Einsätze im Rahmen der Arbeitskräfteüberlassung in Österreich. Sie übernehmen dabei eine klar abgegrenzte Funktion und werden nachhaltig in bestehende Vertriebsstrukturen eingebunden. Ihre Aufgaben ·Aufbau und nachhaltige Betreuung eines Netzwerks von Zuweiser:innen ·Identifikation relevanter Fachärzt:innen und gezielte Positionierung innovativer Therapieansätze im Specialty Care Umfeld ·Vermittlung komplexer wissenschaftlicher Inhalte auf hohem fachlichem Niveau ·Organisation und Durchführung von Fortbildungen, Veranstaltungen und Events ·Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Key Account Managern, die spezialisierte Zentren betreuen ·Strategische Besuchsplanung und strukturiertes Reporting ·Selbständige Aufbereitung von Inhalten und Analysen Ihr Profil ·Abgelegte österreichische Pharmareferentenprüfung bzw. entsprechende Qualifikation ·Mehrjährige Außendiensterfahrung im Rx-Bereich, idealerweise im Speciality Care Umfeld ·Sehr gutes wissenschaftliches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, Studiendaten auf Augenhöhe mit Expert:innen zu diskutieren ·Erfahrung im Aufbau tragfähiger Netzwerke sowie der Gestaltung von Fortbildungsformaten ·Kontakte im kardiologischen Umfeld von Vorteil ·Market Access Kenntnisse sind ein Plus ·Hohe Eigenverantwortung, strategisches Denken und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke ·Sehr gute Deutsch – und Englischkenntnisse (englische Studienliteratur) ·Sicherer Umgang mit MS PowerPoint, Excel und CRM-Systemen ·Führerschein Klasse B Das bieten wir Ihnen ·Integration in stabile Kundenstrukturen mit klar definiertem Verantwortungsbereich ·Anspruchsvolle Rolle im innovativen Specialtiy Care Umfeld mit starkem Netzwerkfokus ·Vollzeitstelle mit attraktivem Gehaltspaket inkl.
