Job Description The Network Administrator – OSCC (Operational Security Command Center) is responsible for the stability, security, and performance of the corporate network. You will participate in daily operations, planned changes, monitoring, and incident management to ensure the continuous availability of network infrastructure. Your main responsibilities include: Managing and maintaining switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, Wi-Fi, and critical network services. Managing IP services (addressing, VLANs, routing, DNS, DHCP, IPAM) and maintaining optimal configuration hygiene. Applying standard changes to firewalls, managing access rules, and supporting network segmentation. Participating in network access control operations (NAC/802.1X) and exception management. Configuring and monitoring network alerts (SNMP, syslog, NetFlow) and responding to P1/P2 incidents. Develop and execute change management procedures (MOPs) with validation and rollback plans. Perform configuration drift checks, firmware management, and environment documentation. Collaborate with the Systems, Cybersecurity, and Service Desk teams to resolve incidents and improve performance. Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours interventions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 to 7 years of network operations experience in a multi-site enterprise environment. Strong knowledge of routing and switching (Cisco, Fortinet, or equivalent), Wi-Fi, firewalls/VPNs, and IP services. Comfortable with CLI tools, packet analysis (Wireshark), and monitoring (SNMP, syslog, NetFlow/IPFIX). Good knowledge of ITIL processes related to change, incident, and problem management. Excellent communication skills, operational rigor, and technical documentation. Basic automation skills (Ansible, Jinja2, Python) and familiarity with SD-WAN/SASE and NAC (ISE/ClearPass/Forescout). Understanding of cloud networking concepts (Azure, Private Endpoints) and load balancers (F5/NGINX). Recognized certifications: CCNA, CCNP, NSE, PCNSE, or ITIL Foundation (asset).
