EXPERIENCE:

  • Knowledge of Distributed Processing operations, procedures, and equipment
  • Knowledge of problem-solving techniques
  • Knowledge of the HP Service Manage product
  • Knowledge of information security best practices
  • Knowledge of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) concepts
  • Experience in configuration and use of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, Symantec Endpoint Suite, and mobile device management solutions
  • Skill in deploying and administering Windows 7 and Windows 10
  • Skill in enterprise deployment solutions for desktop operating systems
  • Skill in the removal of malware and recovery of system data

Responsibilities
  • Work with the Department’s Contract Manager to serve as the primary point of contact to ensure that start-up activities are completed within fourteen (14) days prior to the performance of services. Start-up activities include Department’s fingerprint background check and online information security training security requirements.
  • Perform software maintenance on statewide computer systems.
  • Work closely with Department staff and stakeholders to document project business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Provide technical support for troubleshooting issues.
  • Maintain and repair document computer systems and equipment.
  • Provide hands-on leadership for complex activities and projects.
  • Provide resource management for associated activities and projects.
  • Serve as liaison with stakeholders and principle line of communication for technical support.
  • Attend and participate in all assigned meetings.
  • Attend and complete Department-required training.
