Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Network Administrator to oversee and support the operations of our Digital Signage Network. This role blends client service, content coordination, basic technical support, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy with strong organisational and communication skills, and will be comfortable navigating digital tools, devices, and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and screen partners on content scheduling, campaign updates, and performance reporting.
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned digital signage accounts, ensuring accurate and timely deployment of content.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams including graphic design, tech support, and content operations.
- Monitor network performance and screen uptime; assist with diagnosing and escalating technical issues (Android/Windows-based systems).
- Prepare reports and presentations on content performance, audience metrics, and network status using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools.
- Maintain meticulous records and ensure all client campaigns and data are up-to-date in internal systems.
- Contribute to content quality control and assist in minor creative edits where applicable (experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
- Work alongside the tech team to support digital screen installations, device setups, and remote troubleshooting when required.
Requirements:
- Strong IT literacy; comfortable working across Windows and Android platforms is a benefit.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerBi).
- Familiarity with AV technologies, digital signage platforms, or computer science concepts.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret data and produce insightful reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
- A self-starter with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) is advantageous.
- Previous experience in media, advertising, AV tech, or digital signage is a strong plus.
Nice to Have:
- Background or qualifications in IT, AV Technology, or Computer Science.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) used in digital signage.
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., Zoho, Trello, Monday.com, or similar).
