Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As Network Administrator, you’ll take ownership of Rippling administration and play a central role in the company’s IT and Talent operations. You’ll manage user accounts, configure application access through SSO, and oversee workflows for onboarding and offboarding. You’ll proactively monitor devices and access rights to ensure compliance, security, and operational efficiency.
You’ll act as a key partner to both the Technology and Talent teams—maintaining infrastructure that supports business growth, protects sensitive data, and enables employees to do their best work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administer and maintain Rippling platform across the organization
  • Configure SSO and manage integrations with enterprise applications
  • Set up and monitor onboarding/offboarding workflows
  • Provision and deprovision user accounts, application access, and devices
  • Maintain employee directory, org structure, and role-based access controls
  • Audit user access, device compliance, and security logs on a regular basis
  • Generate reports and provide documentation to support IT audits and reviews
  • Provide tier-1 support for issues related to user accounts and access
  • Maintain documentation on systems, processes, and security procedures
  • Partner with Talent and Tech teams to align systems with evolving organizational needs
